“The synths we have were not Patrick’s major synths but were ones he would use to create a particular percussive sound or effect, hence the chalk markings. The 8 track board is very special, all his songs were mixed through this board. All those voices and sounds that we all know and love passed through this mixing board as they evolved into the finished song.”
